Serenity is a doctoral student in Management (Organizational Behavior) at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is broadly interested in how employees navigate the social aspects of the workplace and manage their multiple identities. Prior to Wharton, she was a research associate in the Organizational Behavior unit at Harvard Business School. She received her bachelor's in psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
