Andrea Edwards-Cintrón

Andrea Edwards-Cintrón is a Neuroscience Ph.D. student from Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. She received her bachelor’s degree in Cellular-Molecular Biology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus and formed part of the NIH Blueprint ENDURE Fellowship. Andrea’s research interests lie in understanding the underlying mechanisms of neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly considering genetics and neuronal development. In her free time, Andrea enjoys playing piano and violin as well as ballroom dancing.
