McKenzie Preston is a first year PhD student in Organizational Behavior at The Wharton School, and currently serves as the Co-President for the Fontaine Society. In his research, he examines questions related to leadership, intergroup relations, and social class in organizations. He earned a M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Georgia and a B.A. in Business Administration at Georgia Gwinnett College. He previously worked as a Summer Research Assistant at Columbia Business School and participated as a Fellow at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte's OSSI program. He has also held positions as an Writer and Article Reviewer for IOatWork, a Leadership Development Consultant for the CDC, and a Talent Assessment Consultant for Altisource Holdings, Inc..
