Briana is a student in the Master of Liberal Arts program, with a concentration in organizational behavior. Her research encompasses diversity strategy, teamwork/leadership, and effectiveness within the workplace. She is a native of Mitchellville, Maryland (which is about 35 minutes from DC) and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from American University, where she was also a collegiate athlete. In her spare time Briana loves to explore Philadelphia (via good restaurants/sightseeing) with friends, workout at Pottruck, or travel to new cities (especially ones with beautiful beaches). She looks forward to being a Graduate Life Fellow at the Graduate Center and doing purposeful work that resonates with graduate students across Penn's twelve schools!
